Out of Bounds:

Note: Penalty is Stroke and Distance (Rule 27)

All perimeter fences (Note: Perimeter fences are NOT obstructions)

Parking Lot

Driving Range (Note: Fence around Driving Range is NOT an obstruction)

The Club House and the concrete around it.

In-course Out of Bounds:

Hole #3 – OB stakes left of fairway

Hole #4 – OB stakes left and right of fairway

Hole #5 – OB stakes right of fairway

Obstructions:

(Note: Relief is for stance and swing only, not for line of play. Find the nearsest point of relief, measure one club length no closer to the hole and drop ball – no penalty)

All concrete, asphalt or gravel cart paths or roads

The red 100 yardage markers

All sprinkler heads or control boxes

Water tower on hole #3

Ground Under Repair (GUR)

(Note: You may lift and drop, at the nearest point of relief no closer to the hole.)

All areas marked by paint or appropriate markings

Dirt areas left by tree removal are not marked but treat as GUR

Any construction/work/repair areas

All aerated areas (lift, clean and place, no closer to the hole)

Any newly sodded areas or piles of dirt from excavation

Drainage ditch right of Hole 3 and Hole 6 (Note: Hole 6 has a continuation drainage on right by the right front bunker.)

Anything not covered by above – play ball as it lies

 

Utility Lines:

Utility lines (Hole #6) If your ball strikes the utility line, regardless of the outcome, play another ball – no penalty

 

Distance Measuring Device:

The use is authorized to measure distance ONLY

 

Stones in Bunkers:

Stones in bunkers are treated as movable obstructions, no penalty
